Matthew has worked in Claygate for over 30 years, he has an unrivalled wealth of knowledge about the local property market and maintains an extensive list of clients past and present. He holds a Certificate in Estate Agency having studied at the Polytechnic of Central London in 1989. He is a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Matthew has lived in Claygate village for many years and is a well-known member of the local community. In his spare time he likes to pursue his passion for playing the drums and is forever waiting for his ‘big break ‘into the music business!
Peter Roberts MNAEA MARLA
Peter has worked in the profession since 1982; he started his career in Surbiton with one of the most respected independent agencies in Surrey. He managed a number of offices throughout the Elmbridge Kingston and Richmond boroughs. He joined Matthew in 2002 bringing with him his breadth of experience. Peter has returned to his roots having been born in Claygate where his parents still live. He is a member of both the National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Peter’s passion outside property is target rifle shooting; he competes with his old school club in both Surrey, as well as national competitions at Bisley Shooting Ground.

Membership of these recognised and prestigious trade bodies is evidence of our adherence to recognised codes of business conduct and a high standard of competence.
We are also members of The Property Ombudsman and adhere to their code of practice for residential and letting agents.
The Property Ombudsman provides free, impartial and independent service for the resolution of unresolved disputes between consumers and property agents.
